The Pferdedeckenwäscherei is a specialist cleaning and care service based in Hohenhude near Kiel, serving owners of horses and dogs. It washes, disinfects, impregnates and repairs horse blankets and other animal textiles, with additional antifungal treatment available. The business explains that regular cleaning helps remove sweat, skin flakes and dirt that can affect fabric breathability and water resistance.
Blankets are cleaned in specialist Miele machines using dedicated wash programmes and hypoallergenic detergents from Kreussler, formulated for horse blankets and breathable fabrics. The process is designed to care for the textiles and restore their functional properties as far as possible. Alongside cleaning and repair, the Pferdedeckenwäscherei sells horse blankets and accessories and offers a horse-weighing service.
Its website also provides information about prices, opening hours, directions and drop-off locations. Positioning itself as a fast and reliable partner, the business brings several blanket-care services together in one place for animal owners in the region
