Die Ranch

Die Ranch, also known as Pferderessort Unterlipplgütl, is a family-run horse facility in Bernhardswald, focused on horse care, riding and welcoming experiences for visitors. Set on 100,000 square metres, the site offers an open-stable boarding option for pension horses and facilities for training, including a 20-by-40-metre riding hall and arena, plus a 20-metre-diameter lunging hall.

Its riding school serves children and adults, with lessons that cover riding as well as grooming, saddling and safe horse handling. Riders can also arrange a weekly 60-minute share of a school horse, offering regular time with a horse without the responsibilities of ownership. For younger visitors, the ranch provides guided pony rides by appointment and pony-themed birthday parties, with an indoor saloon available for celebrations. A year-round petting area features guinea pigs, rabbits, goats and miniature Shetland ponies; supervised walks with Shetlands are also available for a small fee. The Ranch additionally hosts events and activities, including inclusive vaulting, and invites guests to learn about its visitor and boarding arrangements.
