Dieteticdiabetic

Dietetic Diabetic is a diabetes support and education practice based in Rochester, New York, created to help people find personalized ways to manage diabetes. Its approach recognizes that each person’s needs and experiences are different, so strategies that work for one individual may not suit another. The practice is led by Danielle Shatkin, MS, RD, CDCES, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist who has lived with diabetes since early childhood. Her personal experience, combined with her professional expertise, informs her work helping clients understand diabetes and build practical tools for managing blood sugar and supporting their health goals.

Dietetic Diabetic offers diabetes support and education for individuals, with services available to clients seeking guidance on their diabetes journey. The practice also works with healthcare providers and offers diabetes technology education, practice consulting, and diabetes education for clinical teams. Through individualized support and resources, Dietetic Diabetic aims to make diabetes management more understandable and accessible for both clients and providers.
