Das Deutsche Institut für Ernährungsforschung Potsdam-Rehbrücke erforscht den Einfluss der Ernährung auf die Gesundheit, mit dem Ziel, wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse für Prävention und Therapie ernährungsbedingter Erkrankungen nutzbar zu machen.
