Deutsch in Graz is the oldest educational institution for German as a Second or Foreign Language (DaF/DaZ) in the capital of Styria. Established in 1982 as a non-profit association, our primary focus is providing competent and empathetic German language instruction to individuals of non-German-speaking backgrounds. We offer a wide range of courses for all proficiency levels, from A1 to C2, including intensive courses, integration courses, evening classes, and specialized courses such as medical German and conversation classes.

Additionally, we provide tailored training for school groups, corporate clients, and teacher development programs. As an accredited examination center for ÖSD, Telc, and ÖIF exams, we also offer comprehensive exam preparation courses. Our year-round programs are complemented by a variety of cultural, leisure, and sports activities, which are designed to enhance language learning in an immersive environment.
