DigiFemmes est un programme d'assistance technique holistique visant à renforcer la capacité des femmes en Côte d'Ivoire à diriger et à développer des entreprises prospères en tirant parti des compétences numériques et de l’analyse des données en vue de rendre leurs entreprises plus performantes et profitables. Le programme soutient les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) existantes dirigées par des femmes dans leur processus de croissance, crée un réservoir solide de PME nouvellement créées, et collabore avec les partenaires de l'écosystème en vue de susciter un climat favorable au développement des compétences numériques en Côte d'Ivoire. Le programme DigiFemmes est implémenté par les partenaires du consortium SAFEEM, Seedstars Côte d'Ivoire, Empow'Her Côte d'Ivoire, Dalberg, et Edu01. Le programme est financé par la Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), L'USAID en partenariat avec Microsoft.

About DigiFemmes Côte d'Ivoire
DigiFemmes is a brand that is focused on empowering women in the Ivory Coast through entrepreneurial education and digital and data skills. The brand aims to increase the competitiveness of women entrepreneurs by providing them with the necessary skills to thrive in the digital era.
Currently, the participation of women in SMEs in the Ivory Coast is low, with only 24% of businesses being led by women. DigiFemmes aims to bridge this gap by offering two programs. The first program, W-SME, is designed for existing women-led SMEs to enhance their digital and data skills. The second program focuses on creating new women-led SMEs by providing digital skills training and support for talented women looking to start their own businesses.
DigiFemmes also works with various stakeholders in the ecosystem, such as governments, investors, and entrepreneurship support organizations, to create a more conducive environment for women founders to develop their skills.
Located in coworking spaces in Abidjan and San Pedro, DigiFemmes provides participants with collaborative workspaces, reliable internet connection, and a vibrant community. The programs run annually for a period of three years, with the option to continue indefinitely.
To have a greater impact, DigiFemmes organizes training sessions for existing SMEs in different cities across the country, coupled with events focused on gender equality.
The brand also offers partnership opportunities for companies interested in recruiting top-notch talent from DigiFemmes Academy, as well as collaboration opportunities for innovative entrepreneurs and businesses.
