About @DigiOneFi
DigiOneFi is a digital platform that aims to revolutionize the education system in Finland. Developed by a collaborative effort between several municipalities, including Vantaa, Espoo, Jyväskylä, Lahti, Oulu, Tampere, Turku, and Kuntien Tiera, DigiOneFi aims to create a user-friendly digital service platform that consolidates all the information and services used by students, parents, teachers, principals, and administrators. This national platform will enhance learning outcomes, promote well-being, and provide efficient and high-quality educational services.
DigiOneFi will bring together data, systems, and services utilized by educators, students, and administrators into one cohesive platform. While the project is set to be completed by the end of 2023, with services initially focused on basic education and high schools, it also plans to expand its scope to include early childhood education and vocational training. Funding for the project is provided by municipalities, as well as Business Finland.
