DigiTales

DigiTales Interactive is a game development studio based in Saarbrücken, Germany. Our team, with a diverse background in literature, music, marketing, pixel art, and programming, creates games that combine established storytelling techniques from various media with philosophical ideas and thought-provoking subject matter. We believe in delivering both fun and entertainment through our games.

In collaboration with Assemble Entertainment, we have announced our upcoming sci-fi adventure game, Between Horizons, set to be released on PC and consoles in late 2023. Our previous game, Lacuna, received critical acclaim, earning a 94% positive rating on over 1,000 Steam reviews and a Metascore of 86. It also won multiple awards, including a nomination for Best German Game at the Deutscher Computerspielpreis.

Since becoming an entrepreneurial company in 2019, we have expanded our team and secured funding, allowing us to focus on full-time production. We are members of game - Verband der deutschen Games-Branche and have won the Best Start-Up award at the Game Award Saar.
