About Díky že můžem
Díky is a non-profit organization formed by students and young people who are interested in the world around them. Their main mission is to promote and commemorate the values of freedom and democracy to the current generation and encourage civic engagement. They offer various projects and initiatives to achieve this goal.
One of their notable projects is Korzo Národní, which is the largest celebration of freedom in the Czech Republic. This event has been attended by hundreds of thousands of visitors over the past decade. They also organize Samet na školách, where students from over 100 schools come together to celebrate the importance of 17th November.
Additionally, they have the Akademie Díky, že můžem program that provides inspirational meetings for high school students with interesting guests and like-minded peers from all over the country. Díky understands that freedom comes with responsibility, and they strive to promote these values through their various projects.
