DILA is a Ukrainian medical laboratory that has supported people’s health since 1998. It provides more than 1,200 diagnostic tests and services, with over 300 branches in more than 60 cities across Ukraine. Customers can choose individual tests, health check-ups, and bundled test packages, then place orders online or through the DILA app. The service also offers repeat test ordering without another branch visit, home visits by a medical nurse, and access to results online or at a branch. A personal account and app help customers follow results and manage orders for themselves and family members; doctors can create test referrals through dedicated services.

DILA says its results are supported by modern technology and a multilevel quality-control system, with a focus on accuracy, clear guidance, and customer care. The laboratory serves both individuals and healthcare professionals, and offers partnership opportunities, including franchise arrangements and clinical trials. Its website also provides preparation instructions, a laboratory reference guide, health information, and details about branches, promotions, and services.
