Dimensione Service SRL is an Italian company specialising in environmental sanitisation, with a particular focus on healthcare facilities and other sensitive environments. Its work addresses the role that contaminated surroundings, furnishings and building systems can play in the spread of infection. The company positions its services as part of a broader infection-prevention approach, supporting healthcare organisations in reducing microbiological contamination and protecting patients, staff and visitors.

Dimensione Service provides environmental sanitisation for rooms, furnishings and installations, and states that its methods can reduce microbial load by approximately five logarithms. The company emphasises that this work complements, rather than replaces, internal procedures such as hand hygiene, appropriate protective equipment and staff training. Its website also presents a range of named products and systems, including SANISIM, SANISIMini, ARMADIO SANISIM and SANISIM Fixed. These offerings sit alongside its sanitisation services and are intended for use in the environmental hygiene context described by the company. Through its specialised focus, Dimensione Service aims to help healthcare facilities address infection risks through systematic, professional environmental care.
