About Dimpora
Our mission is to constantly innovate and provide high-performance membranes that protect outdoor enthusiasts while leaving the least possible trace in nature. The dimpora team consists of Mario and Anna, who met during their studies in chemical engineering at ETH Zurich. They share a passion for the outdoors and Swiss values, making them the perfect duo to lead the dimpora adventure.
Our vision is a world where outdoor clothing not only protects people but also the environment we all enjoy. With a focus on preserving nature, we aim to eliminate the use of hazardous per- and polyfluorinated chemicals (PFCs) in the clothing industry. Studies have shown that these chemicals pose significant risks to wildlife and can even be found in remote areas.
