About Dim Sum Library
Dim Sum Library is a Cantonese restaurant in Covent Garden, bringing Hong Kong-inspired dim sum and contemporary drinks to Londonβs West End. At its open counter, chefs prepare dishes fresh, including wagyu beef puffs, black truffle har gau and dan dan xiaolongbao. The menu also features signature plates such as black truffle crispy-skin chicken, king crab spring rolls and beef fried rice with foie gras. Guests can visit for lunch, dinner or a distinctive afternoon tea, which pairs freshly made sweet and savoury dim sum with selected teas rather than traditional scones and cream.
The bar focuses on tea-inspired cocktails made with real tea leaves, including Smoky Sichuan with mezcal, Mango Oolong with gin and Pu-erh Mandarin with whisky; non-alcoholic options are also available. Located at 136 Long Acre, the restaurant is near Covent Garden and Leicester Square stations and offers a convenient setting for pre-theatre dining. Dim Sum Library also hosts group bookings, private dining and exclusive venue hire, with bespoke menus for celebrations and corporate events.
