Le Piscine del Benessere brings together two swimming and wellness centres: Dinamica Acquaclub in Seregno and DClub in Mariano Comense, in northern Italy. The centres offer swimming instruction for children and young people, with courses led by qualified instructors. Programmes range from water familiarisation for babies aged three to 36 months and early-years classes to children’s and teen swimming, as well as pre-competitive training.
Adults can choose from water-based wellness and fitness activities, including swimming for health, pregnancy classes, aquafitness, aquagym and hydrobike. The offer also extends beyond the pool through Spazio D, a partner area providing Pilates Reformer, postural exercise and personal workouts.
The organisation also runs DSchool Sport&Benessere, which delivers training and professional development for sports instructors and wellness educators. Its courses are recognised by CONI and ASI, and successful participants may receive an attendance certificate or qualification. With facilities in Seregno and Mariano Comense, Le Piscine del Benessere serves families, adults and fitness professionals seeking aquatic activities, exercise and education in sport and wellness.
