Dine is an award-winning Edinburgh brasserie, Champagne bar and cocktail lounge in the city’s theatre district, beside the Usher Hall and above the Traverse Theatre. Set in the financial centre, the restaurant pairs polished interiors and a striking circular atrium with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. It is well placed for pre- and post-theatre dining, as well as business lunches, celebrations and drinks.

Dine serves inventive, seasonal menus developed by Michelin-starred chef Stuart Muir and his team, led by Martin Orr. The kitchen emphasizes local provenance, using ingredients such as Borders meats, Highland venison and fish from Scotland’s shores. Guests can choose from market, à la carte, dessert and children’s menus, alongside midweek lunch and pre-theatre options. Weekend lunches offer a set menu with a bottle of house wine.

The drinks selection includes wines, Champagne, classic and seasonal cocktails, and the Martini Experience. Dine also offers gift vouchers, tickets and events, festive dining, and facilities for private hire, meetings and bespoke dining events. Its Edinburgh restaurant is open Wednesday to Sunday.
