About Diocèse aux armées françaises
The Diocèse aux armées françaises is the official website for the Catholic chaplaincy for the French Armed Forces. With a mission to provide both human and spiritual support to military personnel amidst the tumultuous world, the Diocèse aux armées françaises brings together over 200 military chaplains who are deployed wherever the French military is engaged. Their services include conducting Mass, administering sacraments, and organizing military celebrations.
Additionally, they organize pilgrimages, including the renowned International Military Pilgrimage in Lourdes, where 14,000 military personnel from 40 nations gather to pray for peace. The website also features news updates, interviews with chaplains, and profiles of military chaplaincy. By supporting and serving the spiritual well-being of the military, the Diocèse aux armées françaises plays a vital role in their lives
