Dip’N & Dive’N is a swim lesson provider serving children and families in Hillsborough, North Carolina. Its personalized instruction is designed to build water safety, swimming ability, and confidence at every age and level. Lessons are taught by A’niya Williams, a Water Safety Instructor-certified teacher who emphasizes patience, clear progress, and encouragement. The program offers three levels, from beginner foundations to advanced technique. Beginners work on safe pool entry and exit, breath control, floating, gliding, kicking, and independent swimming. Intermediate swimmers develop strokes, breathing, deep-water confidence, turns, and endurance. Advanced instruction refines stroke technique, coordination, efficiency, speed, and power, while introducing skills such as flip turns and dives. Dip’N & Dive’N also helps arrange semi-private or group lessons, matching swimmers who are within three years of age and at compatible skill levels to support safety and progress.
