Led by Greg Darling, our Executive Director, who brings over 40 years of experience in helping individuals with disabilities and their families. Greg's extensive background includes working as the superintendent of the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities' Montgomery Developmental Center. Amie Violette, our Beneficiary Coordinator, ensures that people with disabilities protect their public benefits and maximize their financial resources through our pooled special needs trust.

Amie has vast experience working with individuals with different disabilities and holds a BA in psychology from Berea College and an MS in clinical psychology from Eastern Kentucky University.
