About Disability Rights
The Arizona Center for Disability Law (ACDL) is a non-profit law firm dedicated to assisting individuals in Arizona with disabilities to uphold and defend their legal rights to independence, justice, and equality. ACDL envisions a society where people with disabilities can thrive without facing barriers. They provide a wide range of services, including offering information on legal rights, representing individuals in negotiations and court proceedings, conducting outreach and training on legal rights and self-advocacy, and bringing impact litigation to address systemic issues.
ACDL addresses problems such as preventing abuse and neglect, ensuring access to appropriate services, advocating for education rights, and enforcing anti-discrimination laws. They focus on cases with merit where advocacy can make a difference, especially in situations where no other agency or attorney is available. Contact ACDL for assistance in navigating disability-related legal issues and ensuring equal access for all
