Dispose is an online service for creating temporary Gmail addresses and disposable email inboxes. It helps users keep their personal email private when signing up for websites, downloading files, joining newsletters, registering for trial accounts, or receiving one-time verification codes. The service offers more than 1,500 Gmail inboxes, when available, as well as disposable addresses using custom domains. Both types of messages can be received in a Dispose inbox, where users can copy an address, refresh the inbox, view incoming mail, or clear messages.

Users can choose Gmail when a familiar address is preferred, or select a non-Gmail domain for a standard disposable email address. Dispose also provides guides and answers to common questions about temporary email, verification, delivery, and privacy, alongside privacy, terms, contact, security, and data-deletion information. The service is intended for low-risk, short-term uses such as coupon codes, app downloads, forum registration, and newsletters. Dispose cautions against using temporary inboxes for banking, sensitive accounts, password resets, or services that users may need to recover later.
