Sentema is an artisanal distillery in Correns, Provence, founded by Lolita Roche in 2022. Located in the Var, in a village known as France’s first organic village, the distillery creates natural spirits inspired by the region’s plants, flowers, fruits, and seasonal character. Its products combine organic Provençal wine-based eau-de-vie with carefully selected French botanicals and fruit.
Each creation is made by hand, from start to finish, using copper stills and traditional repeated distillation techniques to develop and extract delicate aromas. Sentema describes its spirits as made without additives, from local and organic ingredients, offering an artisanal alternative to industrial production and neutral alcohol. The range changes with the seasons and includes creations such as Birka, Couleurs, Burning Rye, Inamaro, and Vermeieja.
Alongside its bottled spirits, Sentema offers custom spirit creation services. The distillery welcomes visitors throughout the year by appointment, with group visits and scheduled tours available during the summer. Its work is guided by a commitment to authenticity, natural ingredients, and sensory discovery
