DIT EET IK

Eet Ik Annemiek is a food and wellbeing brand centered on practical, balanced eating. Through recipes and personal reflections, Annemiek encourages readers to build a healthy overall eating pattern rather than rely on individual “superfoods.” The site shares approachable meals for everyday cooking, including vegetable soups, bean-based dishes and fish recipes, with clear ingredient lists and step-by-step preparation instructions. Many recipes emphasize vegetables and nourishing ingredients, and some offer tips on sustainable fish or ways to prepare meals ahead.

Beyond its recipe content, the brand offers nutrition coaching, with information about its approach, available options and fees. Workshops are also part of its services, giving visitors another way to engage with Annemiek’s guidance. The tone is personal and down-to-earth, drawing on family meals and the author’s own experiences to make healthy cooking feel accessible rather than intimidating. Eet Ik Annemiek brings together food inspiration and coaching to help people make considered choices and enjoy a varied, satisfying diet.
