Diversity Childcare Centre provides inclusive, individualized childcare for children from 9 months to Pre-K age in Abbotsford and Mission, British Columbia. Founded by Pawandeep “Teacher Pawan” Dhillon, the centre aims to create a warm, family-like environment where children’s cultural backgrounds, dietary needs, and personalities are respected. Its programs support different stages of early development: infant care offers gentle, personalized routines; toddler care uses play-based activities to encourage exploration and social, motor, and cognitive skills; preschool and early learning build early literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving; and Pre-K develops critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and independence for school readiness.

The centre also offers after-school care through its preschool and early learning program. Families can expect age-appropriate activities, individualized feeding and nap schedules, and an inclusive curriculum featuring diverse books and activities. Educators are trained in CPR and First Aid, and the centres follow strict hygiene and sanitization practices.

Free tours are available to prospective families. Abbotsford is currently at full capacity, while the Mission location is accepting registrations
