Our vision is for LGBT+ people in Slovakia to have equal opportunities and to be treated equally in the work environment. Our mission is to help create an inclusive working environment and connect LGBT+ communities through education, awareness raising about diversity and inclusion and sharing best practices.

Diversity PRO is a non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting awareness and visibility of diversity in the workplace. Our goal is to empower individuals and foster leadership through various events and projects. Our upcoming event, the LGBTI+ Professionals Picnic, will take place on August 10, 2023, at the Medical Garden in Bratislava.
