With a focus on mentoring, education, thought leadership, and public speaking, they aim to increase opportunities for Black people and professionals while challenging the structures that hinder progression. Through their #TalkAboutBlack initiative, Diversity Project creates a safe space for open discussions and aims to harmonize communication across different demographics. They measure impact and accountability through progress reporting and aim to reduce the ethnicity pay gap and increase the number of Black leaders within three years. Additionally, they offer a range of programs like the Catalyst Education Programme, The Skills Workshop, EnCircle mentoring, City Hive Cross-Company Mentoring Scheme, and the Black Leaders Programme.
