Diverzitás Közhasznú Alapítvány, also known as Diversity Foundation, is a non-profit organization founded in 2007. Our mission is to build an inclusive society that is ecologically responsible and sustainable. Based in Gödöllő, Central Hungary, we primarily focus on projects in this area but also deliver education programs across the country.

Our main activities include labor market reintegration, providing individual job counseling and support to disadvantaged individuals. We assist career starters, those with low education levels, people with disabilities, women, and those living in poverty in writing CVs, finding job opportunities, and guiding them throughout the job search process. As a licensed education institution, we offer practical and practice-oriented trainings in the fields of ecological farming, equal opportunities, and environmental awareness.

We also participate in CSR and awareness-raising events. Our pool of expert teachers and trainers ensures high-quality education. Furthermore, we operate the SZIA Agroecological Garden, which serves as a learning and working environment for disabled and disadvantaged individuals.

We provide trainings, volunteer programs, and community events related to environmentally conscious lifestyles and social inclusion. Moreover, we actively participate in international projects, such as Erasmus+ KA2 projects, focusing on vocational education for farmers and professionals working with disadvantaged individuals. Through these projects, we develop training methodologies to enhance the motivation and competence development of low-educated individuals.
