Diving Island

DIVING Island is a Budapest-based dive centre and training school offering recreational and technical scuba services for adults and children. Its courses range from introductory and open-water training to advanced, rescue, leadership and professional qualifications, with options through several training organisations. Specialist instruction includes Nitrox, dry suit, equipment maintenance, sidemount, DPV and technical diving. The centre also runs children’s programmes, pool practice sessions and trial dives, welcoming divers trained by different organisations to join its practice activities.

DIVING Island organises local and international dive trips, including visits to the Kőbánya underground tunnels, weekend dives in Dorog, and trips to destinations such as Zanzibar, Croatia, Cyprus, Oman, Egypt and Mexico. Its Budapest shop carries equipment for recreational and technical diving, including wings, backplates, cylinders, regulators, masks, fins and accessories. Customers can also find specialist dive lights, underwater phone cases and made-to-measure dry suits. Additional services include equipment servicing and access to diving insurance.
