La Divisione Calcio a 5 della LND e della FIGC è stata fondata nel 1989, con lo scopo di organizzare e promuovere i campionati italiani di Calcio a 5. Raccoglie 7 campionati nazionali, oltre 200 società iscritte e circa 7.000 atleti tesserati. L'attuale Presidente, eletto l'11 gennaio 2021, è l'Avv. Luca Bergamini.
