DIYHRT is an independent tracking and information platform that helps users monitor stock availability across shops selling do-it-yourself hormone-related products. Its website checks participating vendors in real time, with updates at 10-second intervals, and displays current stock status, prices, shipping regions, and recent restock activity. Users can browse a catalog of 46 listed items, filter by region or availability, and compare listings from vendors serving the US, Canada, Europe, and international customers.

The catalog includes products such as estradiol in injectable, oral, gel, and spray forms; progesterone; and other medications, as well as injection supplies. DIYHRT also provides vendor profiles, uptime and availability statistics, reviews, a calculator, parcel tracking, and a guide with FAQs and other resources. Users can configure Discord alerts for stock changes and access community channels, including a forum and Discord server. The platform describes its role as watching DIY HRT vendors so users do not have to continually check individual shops.
