Dizzy Sheep is a premier brand located in East Rochester, NY, offering a wide range of high-quality yarn and fiber products. Our brand is dedicated to serving both our in-store customers at Village Yarn & Fiber Shop and our online customers at DizzySheep. com.
We recently launched our new and improved online site to enhance your shopping experience, making it easier for you to find the perfect products for your knitting and crafting projects. We value your feedback and are always available to assist you with any questions, concerns, or suggestions you may have. Constructive criticism and customer satisfaction are at the heart of our brand.
At Dizzy Sheep, we are constantly working on expanding our catalog, adding new features, and creating exciting content for our customers. We now offer drop shipping directly from Berroco for kits and yarn lines that may not be available in our current stock. Additionally, we have introduced a new rewards program to show our appreciation for your loyalty.
Please note that gift cards purchased from our site are valid for in-store purchases once our physical store reopens. Existing gift cards, both in-store and web-based, can be used on our new site. For our in-store customers, we are in the process of reopening the shop and ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers.
During this transitional time, we recommend online shopping as the best option, with fast delivery in 2-3 days. Due to the current economic impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and rising shipping costs, we have implemented a shipping charge. However, to help offset this change, we encourage you to explore our new rewards program.
We are also working on a feature that will allow you to view your previous orders on DizzySheep. com. Dizzy Sheep is committed to providing exceptional service, high-quality products, and a seamless shopping experience.
Join us in enjoying the art of knitting, and embrace the joy of creating beautiful and intricate designs with our top-notch yarn and fiber offerings. Happy knitting always!
