The Dylan James Miller Memorial Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization established to honor Dylan, whose generosity, humor, and willingness to help others left a lasting impression on his community. Dylan died at age 21 after suffering a fatal head injury while working on a car for an elderly man. He had hoped to become a certified diesel mechanic, and the foundation supports others pursuing similar careers.

Its work focuses on two needs: providing scholarships for students entering automotive or diesel repair, and helping families facing funeral expenses after the loss of a loved one. The foundation has created scholarship opportunities through Bold.org for young adults in Missouri and through Three Rivers College in Poplar Bluff. The college scholarship supports Diesel Technology students with costs such as tuition, fuel, tools, and other necessities.

The foundation also raises funds through community events, including its annual Dylan James Miller Memorial Golf Tournament at Ozark Ridge Golf Course.
