DKL is an independent, family-sized German manufacturer and service provider specializing in upholstery for dental and medical settings. Through neuepolster. de, it helps dental practices renew worn, torn, or discoloured upholstery for treatment units, patient chairs, and work stools, offering a broad choice of colours and biocompatible synthetic leather that meets EN ISO 10993.
Customers can arrange professional on-site fitting or have replacement upholstery delivered for self-installation, with the exchange designed to keep practice downtime to a minimum. The online shop includes replacement upholstery sets for equipment from manufacturers such as Sirona, KaVo, Planmeca, and others, as well as foot protectors, cleaning and care products, and work-chair wheels and gas springs. DKL also designs and produces medical upholstery systems for commercial clients, from prototype development to series production.
Its capabilities include 3D design, tooling, thermoforming, CNC machining, upholstery, and sewing. Founded in 1985, the company develops and manufactures its products in Rosdorf, Germany, and serves dental professionals and specialist dealers across Europe
