The disAbility Law Center of Virginia (dLCV) is the designated Protection and Advocacy organization for the Commonwealth of Virginia. With the aim of promoting equality, inclusion, and justice, we provide comprehensive support to individuals with disabilities. Through our legal services and direct representation, we assist clients who have faced issues such as abuse, neglect, and discrimination.

Our work extends to both institutional and community settings. In addition to offering legal assistance, we ensure that everyone who reaches out to us receives essential information and tools. Furthermore, we offer training opportunities and resources to empower individuals and help them understand their rights.
