DLF

DLF is a Danish seed company that combines plant breeding, research and agricultural expertise to develop products for farming, sports facilities and gardens. Its work focuses on creating reliable, productive and sustainable seed solutions, supported by research and breeding networks in Denmark and around the world.

For farmers, DLF offers conventional and organic grass and clover seed mixtures, as well as seeds for crops and cover crops. Its forage grasses are bred and tested in Denmark to suit local conditions and provide feed for dairy and beef cattle, horses and sheep. The company also supplies grass seed, fertiliser, flower bulbs, machinery, lawn-care products, wildflower seed, turf and plant-protection products for sports grounds and other landscapes.

DLF produces certified grass and clover seed in partnership with Danish growers, supported by specialist advisers and quality testing. With more than 2,200 employees across 65 locations, the company draws on global collaboration to develop robust plant varieties that support productivity while addressing changing climate and environmental needs.
