DLM Coaching is a tennis coaching and college-recruiting consultancy led by Danielle McNamara, drawing on her playing career and more than 15 years of college coaching experience. A former standout University of Michigan player, McNamara earned All-Big Ten honors, won a Big Ten championship, served as team captain twice, and was named Big Ten Sportswoman of the Year. Her coaching career includes roles at Michigan, Texas, and Yale, with four Ivy League and four ECAC championships, and recognition as ITA Northeast Region Coach of the Year twice.

The company helps junior players and families navigate college tennis recruiting through individual consultations, recruiting assessments and packages, presentations, school-list planning, profile development, and guidance on communicating with coaches. DLM Coaching also offers Zoom-based technical, tactical, strategic, and mental coaching using practice or match video, as well as tournament and development planning. On-court individual and small-group sessions cover singles, doubles, technique, and tactics; camps and clinics are also available. Online courses, a grade-level recruiting roadmap, and a recruiting newsletter round out its services.
