About DLOGS
Društvo logopedov Slovenije (DlogS) is a prominent and independent organization representing Speech and Language Therapists in the Republic of Slovenia. Comprised of professionals from various fields including science, healthcare, education, and social care, DlogS aims to foster the growth and reputation of the Speech and Language Therapy (SLT) profession. DlogS's primary mission is to disseminate expertise and knowledge in the field of speech therapy to Slovenian speech therapists.
The association brings together members who share a common interest in advancing their professional, scientific, and occupational goals. DlogS offers diverse services through its professional subgroups, which include fluency disorders, neurogenic communication and swallowing disorders, augmentative and alternative communication, SLPs in education, SLPs in primary care, and SLPs in training. In addition to its core activities, DlogS organizes traditional events such as online SLP coffee breaks, the European SLP day, and the Congress of Slovenian SLPs.
