DLRS Bihar is an independent, free educational guide that helps residents understand Bihar’s online land-record and land-survey services. It is not an official government website and does not request logins or OTPs. The guide explains which portal to use for each task: biharbhumi.bihar.gov.in for current jamabandi records, khatiyan copies and digital land maps; dlrs.bihar.gov.in for the ongoing special land survey, including self-declarations and family genealogies; and bhulagan.bihar.gov.in for paying annual land revenue.

Its step-by-step information covers how to find records, submit survey forms, pay land revenue and request corrections to jamabandi entries. It also outlines document preparation, explains common record terms and helps users understand details such as account and plot numbers, land area, ownership shares and revenue dues. A practical preparation tool helps visitors identify the relevant portal and gather information before proceeding. The site distinguishes historical khatiyan records from current ownership registers and digital maps, and advises users to confirm legal, banking or court-related matters with official portals or their local circle office.
