About DLSJBC
De La Salle John Bosco College (DLSJBC) is a PAASCU-accredited Lasallian district school situated in Mangagoy, Bislig, Surigao del Sur, Philippines. Established in 1963 by the Don Bosco Fathers, it was later entrusted to the administration and supervision of the De La Salle Brothers in 1977. DLSJBC provides a comprehensive range of educational programs, including pre-school, basic education (grade school and junior high school), senior high school, college, and TESDA-accredited TVET courses.
The college has a rich history that dates back to the mid-'50s when it was founded as the Bislig Bay Elementary School. Over the years, it evolved into a parochial school and eventually merged with other institutions to become John Bosco School. In 1999, it officially became De La Salle John Bosco College, and in 2006, it was accepted as a District School of De La Salle Philippines.
