DMH Management

DMH Management is an elite client management firm founded in 2020 by Daniel Horsfall, a certified NBA player agent and the company’s founder and managing director. Working with athletes, executives, and public figures in Australia and internationally, DMH aims to build enduring careers and reputations both on and off the field. Its approach emphasizes precision, long-term planning, and close partnership.

The firm’s services cover three areas: career management, commercial strategy, and personal advisory. Career management includes contract negotiation and structuring, sponsorship and endorsement management, career transition planning, public image strategy, and travel and logistics coordination. Commercial strategy supports brand partnerships, business investments, startup and venture involvement, licensing, intellectual property, and deal structuring. Personal advisory includes strategic counsel, crisis management, financial planning coordination, legal representation, and oversight of training and conditioning.

Horsfall specializes in tennis and basketball, helping athletes navigate the transition from competition to business leadership. DMH also includes LAB-95, a dedicated basketball agency focused on representation, performance management, and professional career development.
