DMoraes is a Florianópolis-based studio specializing in custom artificial intelligence, consulting, and systems integration for businesses. It begins by understanding each company’s operations, identifying tasks suited to automation, and assessing technical feasibility before defining a project scope. Its services include bespoke AI agents that consult authorized information, prepare documents, and support operational tasks; AI-assisted customer service and pre-sales for agreed channels, including WhatsApp; process automation for extracting and organizing document data; and consulting to map workflows and connect existing systems.
