DNA Custom Cycles

DNA Custom Cycles is a motorcycle workshop built around a long-standing passion for motorcycles, serving riders with maintenance, diagnostics, performance tuning, custom builds and fabrication. The licensed repair shop works on most makes and models, from motorcycles dating back to the 1950s through to 2018, and can stamp service books to help keep manufacturer warranties current. Logbook servicing uses TEXA diagnostic equipment for checks, service indicator resets and fault-code clearing.

For troubleshooting, the workshop can read and clear fault codes, reset service lamps and adaptive learning, and monitor onboard sensors. Its Mainline dynamometer supports live horsepower and torque data, steady-state load control, and tuning for both carburettor and fuel-injected motorcycles. DNA Custom Cycles also builds motorcycles from scratch or completes customers’ existing projects. Workshop capabilities include lathe, milling and three-axis CNC machining, CNC plasma cutting, custom stainless-steel and titanium exhausts, and MIG and AC/DC TIG welding in aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel and titanium. Located in Riverstone, the business welcomes service enquiries and visits by appointment on Saturdays.
