Donkey Republic is a global bike rental service that is committed to transforming urban mobility and making cities more livable. Our passionate team is dedicated to empowering as many cities and citizens as possible with their everyday bike needs.

We are as stubborn as a donkey, determined to create a better world by making sustainable mobility available to everyone. Our journey started in 2012 when our co-founder, Erdem Ovacik, realized the need for an easier bike-sharing solution.
In 2014, Donkey Republic was born with the creation of a wireless lock and innovative bike-sharing system in Copenhagen. Since then, millions of people worldwide have embraced our green and sustainable transportation options. Our vision for the future is for Donkey Republic to be the most accessible and reliable mode of transportation in our everyday lives.
In May 2021, we reached a major milestone by starting to trade on Nasdaq First North. Join our bike-sharing system and be a part of the movement towards a more sustainable and connected world
