About DNSCloud
DNSCloud. ID is an Indonesia-operated managed DNS service for businesses and domain owners who want reliable control without handling complex infrastructure. It answers queries for Indonesian domains from within the country and uses two nameservers hosted across different data centres and providers, helping keep domains available even if the management panel is down.
Customers can manage DNS through a web panel, scoped REST API, or MCP server, with permissions that can be limited and revoked. The service supports common record types, zone imports, change history, and growth from a single domain to hundreds. DNSSEC is enabled with one click: DNSCloud.
ID generates and rotates signing keys, signs zones, and checks the registrar’s DS record. Availability features include round-robin and weighted load balancing, health checks, and failover that removes unhealthy servers from DNS responses until they recover. Optional proxy and web application firewall services terminate TLS, inspect requests, and help conceal origin server addresses.
Additional protections include rate limits, custom rules, and per-path access controls for restricting administrative areas
