DOCRU

Dansk OCR Union (DOCRU) is Denmark’s national organization for obstacle course racing, a sport that combines running with physical obstacles. Founded in March 2021, DOCRU has since become a full member of World Obstacle, the Federation Internationale de Sports d’Obstacles (FISO). The union supports the sport as an inclusive activity centered on enjoyment, community and personal challenge, whether participants take part with friends, colleagues or family, or test their own abilities.

DOCRU shares information about OCR, upcoming races and championships, and training facilities across Denmark. Its work also includes holding qualifying races for the European Championships, establishing Danish national teams, and selecting athletes to represent Denmark at the World Championships. The organization publishes race calendars, qualification rules and details about eligible athletes and applications for championship places, including wildcard applications. Other resources include information about membership, trained judges, governance, regulations and competition clothing.
