Dog Commander is a trusted and experienced brand in the field of dog training, founded by Robert Kornfeld. With over 30 years of experience in dog training and problem-solving, Robert's expertise comes from being trained by individuals with a combined experience of over 150 years. His background as a former K9 police officer and receiving training from the renowned Canine Unit of the Connecticut State Police sets him apart.

At Dog Commander, they understand the importance of rigorous training, especially for police dogs. Their approach is based on the belief that your life and the lives of others depend on it. Basic training is intensive, lasting for 4 months, 7 days a week on a full-time basis.

However, it is not about creating robotic dogs, but rather training them to possess almost human-like qualities. The credentials of Dog Commander speak for themselves. They have participated in The Connecticut K9 Regional Olympics, with their canine teams consistently placing highly.

Not only do they serve clients in Fairfield County, CT, Manhattan, and Westchester County, NY, but they also train dogs for service across the United States and the world, including Greece, Egypt, Israel, and Chile. At Dog Commander, they believe that genuine love forms the foundation for a lifelong positive bond between you and your dog. Their services include behavior modification, obedience training, boarding and training, as well as the popular Country Canine Workshop.

With their professionalism and commitment to excellence, Dog Commander is your go-to brand for professional dog training
