About Dogger Bank Wind Farm
Dogger Bank is an isolated topographic high in the central to southern North Sea, spanning UK, German, Danish, and Dutch waters. Dogger Bank Wind Farm consists of three projects – Dogger Bank A, B, and C, collectively boasting a massive 4. 8GW installed generation capacity.
These projects are strategically located offshore, with Dogger Bank A and B connecting to the Creyke Beck substation in Yorkshire and Dogger Bank C linking to the Lackenby Substation in Teesside. The development areas range from 515km² to 599km², with varying distances from shore. This ambitious initiative aims to harness wind power to meet energy demands sustainably.
