Running from April 14, 2023, to February 29, 2024, the festival features prominent French architect, artist, and designer Emmanuel Moïho, who will showcase his symbolic artwork throughout the Dogo shopping district. With vibrant, impactful designs that transform spaces, Moïho's works complement existing installations by renowned artists such as Shinro Ohtake and Mika Ninagawa.
