Dog Savvy SLC

Dog Savvy SLC provides personalized, positive reinforcement dog training in Salt Lake City and online. Its certified trainers work with puppies, rescue dogs, and adult dogs, offering private in-home sessions throughout Salt Lake County as well as virtual support for families elsewhere. The brand uses gentle, science-based, force-free methods and a game-based approach called Learning Through Games of Choice to help dogs build skills, confidence, and a stronger connection with their people.

Programs address puppy basics such as potty training, crate training, biting, and destructive behavior, as well as obedience and everyday manners. Dog Savvy SLC also offers specialized support for separation anxiety, excessive barking, leash reactivity, and aggressive behavior. An introductory session includes a behavior assessment, a personalized training plan, equipment guidance, and several training games. Programs are customized to each dog’s age, needs, and family schedule, with ongoing options lasting six to eight weeks for puppies or eight to twelve weeks for adolescents and adults. These programs include unlimited text and email support.
