Dog Woods Resort is a dog boarding and daycare destination in Garden Valley, California, serving Northern California and Northern Nevada, including Placer County, El Dorado County, and the Reno area. Designed as a camping-style getaway, the resort gives dogs a safe, spacious place to relax, play, and explore while their owners are away. Its 18 fully fenced acres include shaded play areas and nature trails, along with comfortable cabins, each with a private fenced yard.
Dogs can move between their cabins and outdoor spaces throughout the day, rain or shine. The resort welcomes dogs of all ages, breeds, sizes, and temperaments, from energetic puppies to relaxed seniors. Group play is available for socialized dogs but is not required, allowing each pup to enjoy a stay suited to their needs.
Dog Woods Resort offers overnight boarding and daycare, and owners can request reservations through its online client portal. Families can also arrange a meet and greet, contact the team with questions, and follow the resort on Instagram for daily photos of its canine guests
