D'Oilly Manor Developments

D’Oilly Manor Developments is a privately owned property development group focused on creating distinctive, high-quality homes in the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. The company specialises in bespoke new-build and refurbishment projects, combining sustainable design, carefully selected materials and expert craftsmanship. Rather than producing identical homes, it aims to make each property unique, with close attention to detail and the needs of modern living.

The group brings together several complementary services. D’Oilly Manor Developments leads residential projects, particularly around Burford and the wider Cotswolds, from identifying sites and securing planning consent to delivering completed homes. Its in-house construction division undertakes new-build and renovation work, helping manage projects through each stage. The asset management arm holds properties for the medium to long term and develops homes for rental, including short- and long-term accommodation, with activity extending into South East England.

D’Oilly Manor is also seeking land for residential development in and around the Cotswolds.
